ZION LUTHERAN CHURCH

Worship services conducted twice a week. Provide ministries for youth, seniors, young adults on a weekly/monthly basis. Provide pastoral care. Do funerals, baptism's and weddings. Share in running a summer camp for recreation and religious programs as well as a vacation bible school. Provide financial support to ELCIC for missions work and support local food banks, programs and charities. A regular Sunday School, bible study and confirmation classes are provided. A large number of volunteers help out in fundraising events to support local charities and programs at the church. Provide space for exercise classes for seniors. Host annual free Christmas dinner for those in need on Christmas Day.
Run a guitar education program for armed forces veterans who suffer from problems.

ZION MEMORIAL UNITED CHURCH

Christian Development thru; weekly worship services, Sunday School, Bible study, Prayer meetings, weddings, Funeral Services, Seniors and Youth/children programs. Pastoral Care Activities thru; visitation of families and/or individuals in crisis or need, by Pastor or Pastoral Care Teams Programs and support of Missions & Outreach to the community of Carleton Place, County of Lanark, and Missions within Canada and around the world. Provides meeting place for Various non-profit organizations, such as, Boys & Girls Clubs, Beaver program, Health Care and wellness support groups Community Outreach thru; food drives, fellowship events, newsletters, youth programs etc.
